We will confirm pickup time and further details by message one day prior to your flight, which may be as early as 4:00 AM depending on our routes.This service is only available for hotels in touristic areas of Mexico City. Is your hotel not on the list? Contact us, and we’ll gladly provide the nearest pickup point.Please note the transportation service is shared with other travelers.In case you prefer to book the option without transportation, we will meet you at the Volare Balloon Port in Teotihuacán, State of Mexico. We will confirm your expected arrival time one day prior.For further questions, fell free to contact us by phone or message. The transportation service only applies from Mexico City Hotels located at Touristic Areas. It does not apply from particular residences or Airbnb and/or similar services.
